Ordering

What size should I buy?

Our Abayas and Kimonos are currently available in one size only, designed to fit generously and offer a flowy silhouette. However, if you require a specific sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and arrange custom sizes whenever possible.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may also apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the refund policy?

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds; however, we provide refunds in the form of store credit or exchanges for items if you should not be happy with your order.

Can I return my order?

If the item(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations, you can exchange them for a preferred style or return them for an in-store credit refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges. If you'd like to request a refund or exchange, please don't hesitate to contact us via email for further assistance.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, no refund will be issued. Instead, a store credit will be provided after deducting any applicable costs incurred, such as shipping fees or return charges.
